Dated 12.05.2026 – The All India Save Education Committee (AISEC) vehemently condemns the cancellation of the May 3rd NEET-UG exam following yet another systemic catastrophe due to paper leakage. This sabotage is a devastating blow to lakhs of students who have toiled day and night. Students are once again being victimized by a corrupt nexus of ‘Coaching mafia’, Private professional colleges and ruling parties, which is thriving due to high-level political patronage.

This recurring disaster proves a fundamental truth: highly centralized examinations lead to highly centralized corruption. By stripping states of their autonomy and concentrating the entire medical entrance process into a single window controlled by the NTA, the government has created a “single-point failure” system. This structure makes it easier for organized mafias to sabotage the future of millions with one stroke.

AISEC is of the strong opinion that “one Nation, One Exam is untenable” – such a national exam is not only exclusionary but inherently insecure and futile. AISEC demands Scrap NTA and immediately revert to state-level Common Entrance Tests (CET). Alternatively, we advocate for a return to transparent, merit-based counseling conducted at the state level based on Class 12 (+2) results.

We also demand a high-level judicial inquiry into the NTA-Government nexus that allows these leaks to persist and calls upon the Students, Parents, Teachers and all education loving people to develop a powerful movement to force the governments to accept the above demands.
