Dated 30.07.2025 – As a part of the protest of National Education Policy (NEP 2020), All India Save Education Committee (AISEC) has drafted Alternative People’s Education Policy. This is in the form of draft and suggestions, opinions, amendments are being seeked from educationists, education loving people, teachers, students, etc.
Regarding this a Citizen’s meeting was organized by Gujarat Chapter of AISEC. Sh. Prakashbhai N. Shah, All India President, AISEC presided over the meeting. Sh. Tarun Kanti Naskar, General Secretary, AISEC was the main speaker. Among other speakers were Principal Dr. S. N. Iyer, Prof. Hemantkumar Shah and Sh. Mandaben Parikh. After the speeches, audience feedback were also taken.
It was decided to organize similar meetings in Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Himmatnagar, Patan and other important places and go for a State Level Convention. The suggestions will be received till 31st October and then on the basis of those suggestions, final draft will be prepared and released in a People’s Parliament to be organized on 24th January 2026 at Bengaluru.
